A romantic trip to the city of Love

You probably heard enough about Paris being one of the most prettiest and most romantic cities in Europe. With thousands of years of history, its museums and monuments are among the best ones in the world, and the most visited. With sidewalk cafes everywhere you truen, pretty cobblestone streets, the list can go on and on and on! And there is definitely way too much to visit if you are there for a short time, so Paris just just keeps you coming back to it. It is just a city that makes you fall in love with it the minute you lie your eyes on it. If it has SO much to offer, in terms of food (yes we all know french cuisine is to die for), the wine, the museums, the theaters, the music, again list can go and and on.
We have been to Paris too many times and still havent got to do everything the city has to offer, it is a bit like Rome, if you have been there, you will know what I mean!

Day 1

Breakfast at Du pain et des idees

When we think of Paris, the first thing that comes to mind is, fresh croissants and other pastries with a nice cup of coffee. So that had to be our breakfast, and that is what we went for. Between me and my husband, I'm really the pastry junkie, so I got to choose the place for our breakfast and it was....Needless to say, we had our fresh amazing croissants and coffee to get our day started.

Free walking tour

We usually like to start our journey in the city with free walking tours, so we don't waste time, specially in a city like Paris, where there just way too much to do. So we made our way to the meeting point.

Tip: There are many companies that offer free tours in Paris. The one we went with New Paris free tours, and they were good, very informative. But there are other companies like City free tours etc., that are just as good, since they do all pretty much the same tours. There is another option as usual, to save time and get to know the city better, which is to go with Hop on Hop off in Paris, because you will save a lot of time, since they drive you all around to the top attractions. We didnt go with it, because we knew we are definitely coming back to Paris in the future.
